Who am I

I am Věra Kouřilová, a certified systemic coach with international accreditation from the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), confirming that I meet internationally recognised standards of professional competence, ethics, and coaching practice. Only a relatively small proportion of professional coaches achieve international EMCC accreditation, so I see it not only as recognition of my work, but above all as a commitment to continuous professional development and consistently high-quality service.

For more than 15 years, I have worked in international and corporate environments, where I have gained experience in leadership, communication, decision-making, change management, and building effective relationships. Today, I combine this business experience with professional coaching.

Alongside my work with managers and corporate clients, I also work with individuals. In my practice, I combine coaching and therapeutic approaches, supporting clients through challenging periods in their lives, relationship issues, transitions, finding a healthy life balance, building self-confidence, and making important personal and professional decisions. I believe that the quality of our relationships—with others and with ourselves—has a profound impact on our fulfilment, our courage to make changes, and our ability to realise our full potential.

My aim is to create a safe space where you can reflect openly, gain a new perspective on your situation, and discover your own solutions. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all advice. I believe that we all have the answers within us—sometimes, we simply need the right questions, support, and a safe space to uncover them.

Because sometimes all it takes is a change of perspective. And everything changes.
